“It was okay , tour guide didn’t seem to know what we had booked and a lot of confusion on their part . The sleigh was not heated as stated , it was infact covered in ice , then frozen reindeer throws put on the seats and we were covered with a frozen blanket . Sleigh ride was nice although not very long , I feel we spent far too long just sat in a hut waiting for them to make a fire and cook sausages , I feel some of that time would have been better spent outside looking for northern lights .”
